This 45 minute session will provide a high level overview of content and features of Historical New York Times, ProQuest Central K-12 and Research Library Prep. Learn how Historic New York Times readers can use ProQuest interface to find answers from this primary source newspaper covering decades of historic events. The demonstration will also review the multidisciplinary resource, ProQuest Central K-12, which brings complete databases across major subject areas, including Business, Health and Medical, language and Literature, Social Sciences, Education, Science and Technology, as well as Performing and Visual Arts, History, Religion, Philosophy, and full text newspapers from around the world. Research Library Prep provides 6600 titles with global coverage on a wide range of subjects and features a diverse mix of scholarly journals, trade publications, magazines and newspapers.
